Hours of Operation 

Flexibility is essential for our business model. To maintain a consistent schedule, we operate during Pacific Standard Time business hours and do not offer services on holidays. Our commitment is to respond to all emails and messages within 48 hours of receiving them.

 

How to Contact Us

Addressing your inquiries is our utmost priority. We are committed to providing prompt responses and recommend reaching out to us via email for the most effective communication. You can expect to receive a reply within 24 hours from Monday to Friday.

 

Payments

After mutual agreement that we are a good fit, we will send you an invoice and client agreement. Payment must be made 24 hours prior to a session's start. Please note that services or products will not be delivered until we receive your signed contract and first installment.

 

Cancellation + Refunds

We greatly appreciate your business and enjoy working with passionate individuals and groups alike. Although we are confident that you will be completely satisfied with our programs and services, please be advised that we do not offer refunds at any point in the process, given the nature of our offerings.

 

Coaching Packages: We want to reiterate that refunds or cancellations are not available. All purchases and contracts are binding. If you decide to discontinue your program, you may be eligible for a credit with our company equal to the amount paid on the invoice. This credit can be applied towards future packages or services offered by our company.

Information products/eCourses: As our information products and eCourses are downloadable and accessible at the time of purchase, please note that refunds or cancellations are not available. All sales are final and binding.
